Sometimes things don’t work out as planned- and that’s ok. RCHS will take your adopted pet back within 30 days and allow you credit towards the adoption of another dog if you determine that your recently adopted pet is not a good fit for you. After 30 days you may surrender your pet back to RCHS but you will not be given any type of credit towards future adoption.
RCHS does not receive any support from the Humane Society of the United States. Nor do we receive any federal or state funding sources. We rely largely on donations, fundraisers and grants for our program activities. All donations are tax deductible
