Meet "Tazzy"

Allow me to introduce my Tazzy, a Schnauzer mix, to you. He is almost 8 years old and was adopted from the shelter when he was 6 months old. He's such a part of this family! As you can tell, he's quite the camera hound. If he sees you with a camera, he automatically finds a place to sit and poses. He's never met a stranger and loves kids to no end. He goes and gets a toy for them to play with him. He and our grandson, Gavin, have a lot of fun together. As a family, we'd be lost without him and when we got him, we really had planned on getting a dog! We were "just looking" (famous last words) when we went to the shelter that day. There were a lot of dogs and puppies there and they were all very happy to see us. My Tazz just sat up close to the door of his kennel and looked at us, confident that we were going to fall in love with him. How right he was! I'm convinced that Tazz knows he was one of the lucky ones and has repaid over and over through the years for bringing him home. We may not have been looking to adopt that day but we are so glad we did!
