Meet "Sassy"

We adopted Sassy, a Beagle, from the Ross Co. Humane Society about 14 years ago. She has been the best dog we have ever had. She loves to travel and be with us even on our short trips to the store. When I went to the shelter to get a dog for a companion to our other beagle, Sassy picked me. She was jumping on the fence like she knew I was the one she wanted. She has traveled as far as Colorado with us in the car, staying in motels and never caused a problem. We will be going to Hilton Head in May and, since she is now having some health problems, we bought her a stroller to ride in. I call it her cruiser. She will get to see the ocean for the first time. I know her days are numbered and, when the time comes to get another dog, I will be back to the shelter to get another great dog.
